Contact IC Americas

Get in touch

Use the address above to email the IC Americas editors. You can write to report a possible error, suggest a subject for a future guide, or share general feedback about a guide or the site. The editors read every message. Email is the only way to contact us. There is no phone line, contact form, or postal address.

For a correction, include the guide title and its page address so we can find it. Point to the sentence, detail, or instruction you are concerned about, and explain what you believe is inaccurate or unclear. If available, name the source that supports your correction. You do not need to write a long explanation. For a topic suggestion, tell us what question you would like a guide to answer and, if useful, who the guide would help. For general feedback, let us know which guide or part of the site you mean.

How we handle messages

We review correction reports and update guides when an error is confirmed. Errors are fixed promptly, and significant corrections are noted in the guide. We use emails only to read and answer them. We do not sell or share them.

Please do not use email to request individual medical, legal, or financial advice. IC Americas guides offer general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. The editors cannot assess your personal situation or recommend what you should do. For details about how guides are prepared, see our editorial standards. You can also read our privacy policy.
